Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are all set to tie the knot in the next few days at Umaid Bhawan Palace, in Jodhpur.

No doubt, the couple have left no stone unturned to make it a wedding to remember. There will be two ceremonies to honour each other’s faith, the Christian wedding on December 1, and the Hindu one on December 2.

In an interview to Brides Today in March 2018, Priyanka had some tips for her future bridegroom. “Guys should also not freak out about the fact that they are going to be with one woman for the rest of their lives. A lot of my guy friends start spinning out of control when they are about to get married and get themselves into trouble. So, don’t do that! she had said.

Priyanka and Nick have had quite a worldwind of a romance. Nick was besotted with Priyanka ever since he set his eyes on her. In fact, when they first met at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party, he got down on one knee and said, “You’re real. Where have you been all my life?”

Then came their much-talked-about appearance at the Met Gala 2017. Priyanka invited Nick to her apartment afterwards, and they hung out for a few hours. He did not kiss her at the end of the night, as her mother Madhu Chopra was watching television in the next room and he wanted to be “respectful”.

This year, on a romantic getaway to Greece, he popped the question. Since then, there has been no looking back, and the two made headlines with social-media PDA, and public appearances.

PeeCee, who has always been very private about her relationships, admitted to a magazine that she was surprised that she had allowed herself to be photographed with a boyfriend. “I’ve had that rule my whole life,” she said. Never publicly acknowledge a relationship. Ever,” she said in a recent interview.

However, Nick Jonas has changed that around.

“What is happening? I’ve not known myself like this,” said PeeCee. This guy turned me into such a girl! If I could blush, I’d be tomato red right now.

Buzz is that Priyanka and Nick will host two lavish receptions – one in Delhi and the other in Mumbai. The reception in the capital will be held at the Taj Palace on December 4. Her friends from the film fraternity, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, have reportedly been invited. Priyanka is yet to zero in on the date and venue for the reception in Mumbai.
