United States President Donald Trump has asked ‘Global Waming’ to make a return for “beautiful Midwest” in the country.
The Midwest has been experiencing chilly weather conditions due to a polar vortex. And the United States president seems to have made this rather bizarre request for better living conditions for the region — despite the United Nations labelling climate change a “defining issue of our time”.
He tweeted, “In the beautiful Midwest, windchill temperatures are reaching minus 60 degrees, the coldest ever recorded. In coming days, expected to get even colder. People can’t last outside even for minutes. What the hell is going on with Global Waming? Please come back fast, we need you!”
But Twitter, being Twitter, has not been easy on Trump for this post that adds to his ever-growing list of bizarre tweets.
The Twitterati, assuming “waming” for “warming”, slammed the president, with one of them stating, “Are you really this ignorant about climate change? Have you never read a book in your life?”
Another user said, “I get that science is hard, but this ignorant tweet is just embarrassing.”
